PeerMohamed Ibramsha is a seasoned financial professional renowned for his adeptness in strategic financial management and leadership. With an extensive academic and professional background, his expertise encompasses Islamic finance, accounting, and corporate governance. Having excelled across esteemed organizations, PeerMohamed currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Pos Malaysia Berhad and was appointed to the Pos Digicert’s Board of Director on 29 July 2022. His educational achievements include being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals, a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) from CPA Australia, and holding degrees from Malaysian Institute of Accountant and Universiti Utara Malaysia.
Throughout his illustrious career, PeerMohamed has navigated a dynamic professional journey. Notably, he has held pivotal roles, including Head of Finance at HICOM Holdings Berhad, Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Services at Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, and General Manager of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at various prominent entities. PeerMohamed's dedication to driving financial excellence and innovation continues to propel organizations towards sustainable growth and success.
ROSLINA ISMAIL

Pn. Roslina is heading the Legal and Regulatory Counsel Department of Pos Malaysia Berhad, the national postal company. She manages the Legal Department and plays a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice to the Pos Malaysia Group of Companies as well as ensuring comprehensive legal support services for their day-to-day operations. She has also worked in Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the national utility company and Sime Darby Berhad, the major Malaysia-based multinational conglomerate involved in multiple sectors including utilities, plantation and motor industries.
She had been involved in a significant number of dealings in respect of utilities projects including Bakun Hydro Electric Plant Project, 1000Mw Manjung Coal Fired Power Plant Project and IPP Project in Sabah. She was also involved in the proposed share acquisition of a Dutch power generation company, owning 10 generation plants in Mexico, Netherlands and Australia. Prior to that, she was a practicing lawyer in Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co (now known as ZicoLaw) and Messrs. Zulrafique& Partners for almost 7 years. Her specialty and skills includes advising the clients on a broad range of commercial matter which includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, initial public offerings, foreign direct investment and new business ventures. Pn. Roslina was appointed as a Director on 24 February 2022.
