AZMIL OTHMAN MERICAN
En. Azmil is currently the Group Head, Channel Management & Customer Experience of Pos Malaysia Berhad, the national postal company. Prior to joining Pos Malaysia En. Azmil handled Performance Management in Celcom Axiata. He has over 25 years of combined experience in channel management and customer experience in various sectors. En. Azmil is a non-traditionalist, who believes digital technology are at the core of making customer interactions effortless while making the physical experience unforgettable. En. Azmil was appointed as a Director on 31 July 2021.
Pn. Roslina is heading the Legal and Regulatory Counsel Department of Pos Malaysia Berhad, the national postal company. She manages the Legal Department and plays a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice to the Pos Malaysia Group of Companies as well as ensuring comprehensive legal support services for their day-to-day operations. She has also worked in Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the national utility company and Sime Darby Berhad, the major Malaysia-based multinational conglomerate involved in multiple sectors including utilities, plantation and motor industries.
She had been involved in a significant number of dealings in respect of utilities projects including Bakun Hydro Electric Plant Project, 1000Mw Manjung Coal Fired Power Plant Project and IPP Project in Sabah. She was also involved in the proposed share acquisition of a Dutch power generation company, owning 10 generation plants in Mexico, Netherlands and Australia. Prior to that, she was a practicing lawyer in Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co (now known as ZicoLaw) and Messrs. Zulrafique& Partners for almost 7 years. Her specialty and skills includes advising the clients on a broad range of commercial matter which includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, initial public offerings, foreign direct investment and new business ventures. Pn. Roslina was appointed as a Director on 24 February 2022.
