Pos Digicert Planned Maintenance schedules
Pos Digicert schedules the maintenance windows for our services each year to facilitate planning for your certificate and digital signing services.
With customers worldwide, we understand there is no best time for everyone. However, after reviewing the data on customer usage, we selected times that would impact the fewest amount of our customers.
Why does Pos Digicert need to schedule maintenance windows?
Pos Digicert uses scheduled maintenance windows to perform maintenance that may interrupt your Pos Digicert services.
Maintenance schedule guidelines and what to expect
- Maintenance occurs every Friday unless stated otherwise.
(For example, maintenance may be moved to the next working Friday to avoid holidays)
- Each maintenance window is scheduled for 2 hours between 1100PM to 100AM (MYT).
- Although we have redundancies to protect your service, some Pos Digicert services may be unavailable:
- MyCRS and API access (issuance, renewal and online revocation)
- Services (for example, roaming service, document signing and timestamping)
- Certificate validation (CRL, OCSP)
- Verification Services (eKYC)
- Websites
What can I do to prepare for these maintenance windows?
Plan your certificate/document signing related tasks accordingly:
- Schedule high-priority orders, renewals, reissues, and duplicates outside maintenance windows.
- Expect interruptions if you use APIs for immediate certificate issuance, remote signing and eKYC.
- Contact your account manager or Pos Digicert Support if you need more information regarding these maintenance windows.
